Cancellation policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we wish to be flexible while protecting our interests. Here is our cancellation policy:

Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date are fully refunded.

Cancellation with Fees: For cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the arrival date, we will apply a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date will not be refunded. The total amount of the booking will be due.

Reservation Modification: Date changes are possible subject to availability. If a modification is requested less than 14 days before arrival, it will be considered a cancellation, and the corresponding fees will apply.

Exceptional Conditions: In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemics, or travel restrictions), we reserve the right to adapt our cancellation policy. We encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your situation.

Cancellation Notification: Any cancellation must be made in writing, by email, or by phone, and will be confirmed by us.
