Internal Regulations of the Bastide Saint Honorat

Welcome to the Bastide Saint Honorat. We are delighted to welcome you to this place steeped in history and serenity. To ensure that everyone has a pleasant and harmonious stay, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules.

1. Arrival & Departure
Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
Check-out: before 10:00 AM.
Please inform us in advance in case of late arrival or special needs.

2. Common Areas & Serenity of the Place
The Bastide is a place of calm and relaxation. We ask you to respect the tranquility of other guests, especially in the evening.
Common areas (lounge, dining room, garden, pool) are accessible to all. Please leave them clean and tidy after use.
The fireplace in the lounge can be used in winter, under the supervision of the host.

3. Rooms & Eco-Responsibility
Rooms are non-smoking. Please smoke only in designated outdoor areas.        In an effort to preserve the environment, towels and sheets are changed only upon request.
Please be mindful of your water and electricity consumption by turning off lights and air conditioning when leaving your room.
A minibar is available for your use; charges will be billed at the end of your stay.

4. Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the terrace or in the dining room.
 Local and homemade products are offered. Please inform us of any allergies or food intolerances.
A shared refrigerator is available for your drinks and snacks; charges will be billed at the end of your stay.

5. Pool & Garden
The pool is accessible from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
For safety reasons, children must be accompanied by an adult.
The owner disclaims all responsibility for any accidents resulting from non-compliance with safety instructions related to pool use: no diving, no roughhousing on inflatable structures (or others) and around the pool, and no running at the pool’s edge.
Pool towels are provided. Please do not use bath towels outdoors.

6. Respect for the Premises & Security
 Any intentional or unintentional damage must be reported immediately and may be charged.
 Please keep doors and windows closed when absent to preserve air conditioning and prevent the entry of insects.
A safe is available in the suites. Management disclaims all responsibility in case of theft or loss of valuables.

7. Insurance
The guest is responsible for all damages occurring due to their actions. They must be insured by a liability insurance contract.

8. Pets
Our animal friends are not accepted, except in exceptional cases and upon prior request.

9. Cancellation Conditions & Early Departure
Any reservation canceled within the time limits indicated in our general conditions will not incur any fees.
An early departure will not result in a refund.

10. Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax, when applicable, is a local tax that the guest must pay and which is remitted by the owner to the municipality. It is charged per day for each person over 13 years old. Its amount is determined by the municipal deliberation of the municipality of Grasse.
